Job Summary
A company is looking for an Internal Communications Manager to develop and implement global communication strategies that align with organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global internal communications strategy to engage and connect teammates
- Establish a regular communication cadence for the Executive Leadership Team and manage executive communications
- Measure the performance of communications programs and ensure alignment with external messaging
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, or marketing, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in an internal communications role
- Proven ability to influence and execute strategic communication plans across global stakeholders
- Experience in developing executive communications that support business strategy
- Strong technology skills and ability to work autonomously
