Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of internal communications to enhance clarity and engagement
• Create and distribute content that activates and informs employees through various mediums
• Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to promote understanding of key programs and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in internal communications and change management
• Experience working with People/HR teams on organizational messaging
• Strategic thinker capable of executing projects from inception to measurement
• Comfortable navigating complex organizational environments
• BA in Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience is preferred
