Internal Communications Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Internal Communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize internal communication channels to ensure clarity and engagement
• Partner with leadership to craft executive communications and manage change initiatives
• Develop and promote the Employer Value Proposition to enhance employer branding and attract talent

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in employer branding, internal communications, or HR marketing, preferably in tech/SaaS
• Proven ability to partner with C-suite and cross-functional teams
• Expertise in employer branding platforms and data-driven decision-making
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and presentations
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, HR, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
