Internal Communications Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Communications Manager to drive employee awareness and engagement within its Acute Care Technology division.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal communications strategies in collaboration with executives and other departments
• Develop and maintain a calendar of communications tactics and oversee the division's intranet operations
• Support internal communications for employee events and assess the effectiveness of communication efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of direct experience in internal communications in a business setting
• Experience interacting with executives and senior leaders
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective communications plans
• Experience collaborating with digital and design teams on internal communication efforts
