Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Communications Program Manager to oversee key internal communication initiatives on a temporary contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage internal communication channels and ensure effective messaging for cross-client announcements
• Oversee the execution of company-wide all hands meetings, including logistics and content coordination
• Track and measure the success of internal communications and advise on strategy adjustments based on data

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in internal communications or a related field
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with intranets as a core internal communications channel
• Proven track record of executing successful internal communication programs
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing senior leaders
