Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Communications Manager to define and evolve its internal communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end internal communications strategy, including planning, content development, and measurement
• Develop and execute multi-channel communications, translating complex business updates into engaging employee communications
• Track and analyze engagement metrics to refine content and overall effectiveness of internal communications

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications with ownership of strategy development
• Proven storytelling, writing, and editing skills adaptable for different internal audiences
• Experience managing communications independently and balancing multiple priorities
• Familiarity with internal communications platforms and tools
• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field preferred
