Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Internal Communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize internal communication channels to ensure clarity and engagement
• Partner with leadership to craft messages and manage executive communications
• Drive strategic messaging across the employee lifecycle in collaboration with HR

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in employer branding, internal communications, or HR marketing, preferably in tech/SaaS
• Ability to translate business goals into compelling narratives
• Proven success in stakeholder leadership, particularly with C-suite and HR
• Expertise in employer branding platforms and data-driven decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, HR, Marketing, or related field preferred
