Internal Communications Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic internal and external communications initiatives, the temporary contract Internal Communications Manager will develop and execute communication plans, draft executive messaging, and manage stakeholder engagement while working remotely and aligning with East Coast hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic communications plans
• Draft and edit executive communications, talking points, and presentations
• Manage communications across a highly matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of corporate and/or internal communications experience
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Experience supporting executive and leadership communications
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination abilities
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
