Job Summary

Managing internal communications channels, the full-time Internal Communications Manager will oversee editorial planning, content execution, and performance analytics to ensure effective employee engagement and alignment across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations and editorial flow across internal channels, including newsletters and intranet
• Coordinate production of monthly virtual company meetings and executive communications programs
• Track channel performance and provide actionable insights based on data analysis

Required qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in internal communications or a related field
• Proven track record in managing employee communications channels, including planning and reporting
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities independently
• Experience with various communication tools and platforms, including CMS and analytics tools
