Job Summary

Strategic communications leaders will find a contract opportunity as an Internal Communications Manager, working remotely to drive internal communications by partnering with project management and cross-functional leadership to connect global teams with core business objectives and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies to align diverse teams with business objectives
• Partner with project management and departmental leadership to plan, develop, and evaluate strategic, multi-channel internal communications
• Design and oversee the distribution of high-impact communication materials to ensure message comprehension

Required qualifications

• 8 or more years of progressive experience leading strategic internal communications in a corporate environment
• Advanced knowledge of end-to-end communication planning and corporate storytelling
• Proven success in analyzing and validating complex material for effective communication
• Advanced college degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
