Job Summary

Leading impactful internal communications initiatives, the contract Internal Communications Manager will develop strategies for change management and LMS training programs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies related to change management and training programs
  • Manage multiple overlapping project plans with attention to detail and proactive issue resolution
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure successful communication and execution of LMS training initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in communications, change management, or a related field
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, specifically Compliance Wire
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook & Teams), SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
