Job Summary
To support internal initiatives, the part-time Internal Communications Manager will develop and implement communication strategies, manage training communications, and evaluate the effectiveness of internal messaging while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to communicate business objectives, culture, and values to employees
- Partner with Project Management and other departments to plan and evaluate strategic internal communications
- Design and oversee the distribution of internal communication materials through various channels
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in communications and change management related to LMS training programs
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and solid skills in MS Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to manage multiple overlapping project plans concurrently
- Self-starter with proactive problem-solving abilities
