Job Summary
Leading impactful internal communications in a remote contract role, the Internal Communications Manager will develop and implement strategies for change management and LMS training programs while managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies related to change management and training programs
- Manage multiple overlapping project plans with attention to detail and timely issue resolution
- Collaborate with teams to ensure successful communication and execution of LMS training initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in communications, change management, or a related field
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, specifically Compliance Wire
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook & Teams), SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
