Job Summary

Developing and executing a comprehensive internal communications strategy, the full-time Internal Communications Manager will keep team members informed and engaged with organizational priorities while collaborating with executive leadership and various departments, either onsite or remotely in the Denver-Metro area.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the enterprise-wide internal communications strategy to align team members with company priorities and initiatives
  • Partner with executives to create key organizational communications, including leadership announcements and strategic messaging
  • Manage internal communication platforms and develop content for various channels, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across the organization
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or related field; equivalent experience considered
  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related fields
  • Proven ability to develop communication strategies and executive messaging
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with communication platforms, intranet systems, and content management systems
