Internal Communications Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Internal Communications Manager, this role will manage internal updates and key initiatives, oversee e-newsletter content, and support the development of the intranet and team member experience hub.

Key responsibilities

• Lead internal updates and key initiatives, drafting communications and managing distribution through approved channels
• Own and manage company e-newsletters, including content planning, timelines, and performance tracking
• Write and maintain content across the intranet, ensuring clarity and ease of navigation for team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field preferred
• Seven or more years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related role
• Demonstrated ownership of internal communications programs and experience managing communication channels
• Proven ability to manage work independently and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal oversight
• Experience with audience segmentation and writing for company tone and audience
