Internal Communications Manager

Job Summary

As the operational backbone of a reimagined internal communications function, the full-time Internal Communications Manager will partner with the Head of Global Communications to design, launch, and manage strategic programs that keep employees aligned and informed, while utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and output quality.

Key responsibilities

• Produce the Monthly All-Hands meetings, including logistics, production, and follow-up communications
• Rebuild the company intranet as the central source for employee resources and information
• Audit and manage company-wide Slack channels to maintain high-quality communication and content curation

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional communications experience
• Proven experience in building or scaling internal communications programs from the ground up
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, capable of drafting in an executive's voice
• Strong program and project management skills to handle multiple recurring programs
• Active use of AI tools such as Anthropic Claude
