Internal Communications Manager

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic communications partner to executive and senior leaders, the full-time Internal Communications Manager will own complex communication plans, support team-wide and company-wide events, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance internal communications in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute comprehensive communications plans, from strategy to analysis
• Advise leaders on communication initiatives, aligning with the company's mission and culture
• Measure the effectiveness of communications and implement improvements based on data and feedback

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in internal, external, or corporate communications, media, or a writing-intensive role
• Demonstrated ability to use generative AI tools effectively in communication workflows
• Experience collaborating with leaders and cross-functional teams on communication strategies
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams efficiently
• Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic, remote work environment
