Internal Communications Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time Internal Communications Manager, this role will manage complex communications plans, advise senior leaders on strategy and culture, and support team-wide events while working remotely in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute comprehensive communications plans from strategy to analysis
• Advise leaders on internal communications while understanding team dynamics and company culture
• Measure and improve communications effectiveness using data and feedback

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, media, or a writing-intensive role
• Proven ability to partner with leaders and influence stakeholders on communications initiatives
• Experience using generative AI tools to enhance communication workflows
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and balance strategy with execution
• Ability to adapt to organizational change and communicate effectively with a remote workforce
