Internal Communications Manager

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic communications partner to executive and senior leaders, the full-time Internal Communications Manager will own complex communication plans, support team-wide events, and proactively enhance internal communications for a globally distributed workforce in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute comprehensive communications plans from strategy to analysis
• Advise leaders on internal communications, aligning with the company mission and culture
• Identify opportunities to improve and scale internal communications using AI-enabled tools

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in internal, external, or corporate communications, media, or a writing-intensive role
• Proven ability to partner with leaders and influence stakeholders on communications initiatives
• Experience using generative AI tools to enhance communication workflows
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
• Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
