Internal Communications Manager

Job Summary

Working fully remote, the full-time Internal Communications Manager will develop and implement internal communications strategies, manage knowledge systems, and oversee communication initiatives to ensure strategic alignment across a global network of nearly 40 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and execute an internal communications strategy to enhance strategic alignment within the organization
• Design and maintain internal communication systems and knowledge management resources to support organizational culture and community
• Serve as the primary contact for internal updates, ensuring effective communication of initiatives and projects to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience leading internal communications functions in an international organization
• Proficiency in digital communication tools such as Slab, MailChimp, and Google Drive
• Experience managing complex internal communication projects and change management communications
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to navigate diverse stakeholder relationships
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
