Internal Communications Manager

Job Summary

Leading internal communications for organizational change and employee engagement, the full-time Internal Communications Manager will develop and execute communication plans while managing multiple projects in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver communications for change initiatives, including M&A and organizational changes
• Write and edit various employee communications across multiple channels
• Manage communication plans, timelines, and stakeholder reviews for multiple projects

Required qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in internal, change, or corporate communications
• Excellent writing, copy-editing, and presentation-development skills
• Experience developing communications for organizational change and large-scale business changes
• Demonstrated ability to manage communication plans and competing priorities
• Sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information
