Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner, Internal Communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the internal communications strategy to enhance alignment and engagement among staff
• Advise leadership on communication strategies and coordinate internal communications initiatives
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications and make recommendations for improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in leading internal communications at a similarly sized organization (500+ employees)
• Proven track record in managing communications during organizational growth and change
• Experience with content creation and delivery across various formats
• Demonstrated knowledge of complex organizational structures
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
