A company is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to support employee-facing communications focused on global HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support People and Culture initiatives, ensuring communications resonate with a global employee population
• Manage internal communication channels, including newsletters and intranet, while analyzing their effectiveness
• Implement best practices for impactful communications and partner with global teams for major internal initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in internal communications and channel management
• Proficient writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with knowledge of AP style
• Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in Google Suite and email content tools; familiarity with content strategy and analytics tools is a plus
