Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to support the launch of a new employee communications platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop web pages in collaboration with internal communications for a cohesive user experience
• Migrate content from the current site to the new platform, including design, editing, and identifying content gaps
• Compile training materials and support video projects, along with conducting research and writing assignments

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field
• 3 years of project management experience
• Experience with internal communications and website management
• Strong copy-editing skills and experience in journalism or business writing
• Proficiency in MS O365 and AP-style writing
