Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Communications Content Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver high-impact internal communications that reflect the organization's culture and priorities
• Develop engaging content across various formats for diverse audiences, including email, intranet, and video
• Manage the planning and execution of bi-weekly all-employee email updates, ensuring timely and relevant content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably in corporate communications or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate and internal communications, preferably within a large, global organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools including SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools for content creation and analytics
• Experience collaborating with Marketing and Creative Services on integrated internal campaigns
