Internal Communications Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to support the development and execution of internal communications strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of internal communications initiatives aligned with university strategy
• Create, edit, and distribute content across internal channels tailored for employee and student audiences
• Monitor engagement metrics to inform optimization and continuous improvement of communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Three to five years of experience in internal communications or related fields
• Experience in a large, complex, or mission-driven organization preferred
• Experience working in a remote or distributed environment is a plus
• Familiarity with internal communications platforms and analytics metrics
