Job Summary
To support internal engagement initiatives, the full-time HR Internal Communications Specialist will draft and produce high-quality communication content, execute internal communication plans, and facilitate collaboration across teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and produce internal communications content, campaigns, and event materials aligned with operational objectives
- Execute measurable internal communications plans focused on associate engagement for HR strategies and programs
- Identify trends and provide data-based recommendations to improve campaign performance and support process adoption
Required qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of applicable job-specific experience
- Ability to write and edit engaging communications with strong collaboration skills
- Experience in rapidly developing content for organizational communications needs
- Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years in an internal communications role, preferably in a healthcare setting
