Internal Communications Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting internal communications initiatives, the full-time Associate Internal Communications Specialist will manage content creation, communications planning, and channel management in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content for various communication channels including email, Slack, and newsletters
• Coordinate and support executive communications and employee engagement initiatives
• Measure and report on communication effectiveness and employee feedback

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or a related field
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Strong organizational and collaboration abilities
• Interest in enterprise communications and employee engagement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
