Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage the development and execution of engaging internal communications strategies to enhance employee engagement and support leadership priorities across various channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging internal communications for channels such as email, intranet, and all-hands meetings
• Provide writing and editing support to internal stakeholders, ensuring consistency with brand and voice
• Translate complex information into clear, accessible content while developing complementary visual elements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a corporate or agency environment
• Exceptional writing skills with strong knowledge of AP Style
• Experience developing intranet content and supporting digital platforms
• Proven experience in organizational change management communications
