Internal Communications Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance employee engagement and communication effectiveness, the full-time Internal Communications Specialist will develop and execute internal communications across various channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and organizational culture while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit internal communications, including newsletters, presentations, and leader messaging
• Execute communication plans and coordinate content schedules to drive employee awareness and engagement
• Track and report on communication performance to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in corporate communications or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate or internal communications, preferably in a large, global organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage
• Experience creating content for multiple internal communication channels
• Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
