A company is looking for an Internal Consultant IV, Contact Center Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Operations with planning and implementing high-impact initiatives
• Support cross-functional coordination and enhance communication through structured reporting
• Lead medium to large size analytical projects and prepare reports synthesizing analytical results

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or four years of relevant work experience
• Seven years of consulting, analyst, or business experience
• Experience developing detailed project plans and schedules
• Prior technical implementation experience strongly preferred
• Deep experience in all project lifecycle phases
