Internal Controls Testing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Controls & Policy Adherence Testing Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Master internal policies and map regulatory obligations with associated controls
• Design and maintain a testing calendar, performing periodic tests to evaluate control effectiveness
• Develop and implement automated testing routines to monitor policy adherence and identify control gaps

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English for interpreting policies and documentation
• Experience or strong interest in automating tests and controls
• Basic to intermediate technical skills in SQL or scripting languages like Python or JavaScript
• Previous experience in internal controls, compliance, or auditing (preferred but not mandatory)
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
