Job Summary
A company is looking for an Internal Customer Support professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Own first-line intake for internal support across various teams
- Triage incoming requests, reproduce issues, and categorize them based on severity and impact
- Resolve issues independently and create high-quality tickets for engineering when necessary
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of product or operations support experience (SaaS or internal systems)
- Ability to troubleshoot workflows and isolate root causes; SQL knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English with the ability to provide clear updates for non-technical users
- Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Jira, or Salesforce
- Ability to partner with Product and Engineering teams to manage stakeholder expectations
