Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Engagement & Site Communications Lead, Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage site communications to ensure employee understanding of company strategy and culture
• Provide strategic counsel to site leaders and execute leadership communications plans
• Lead internal engagement initiatives and manage site-level crisis communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, English, Journalism, or Business
• 7+ years of experience in communications, preferably in Pharma/Biotech
• Multilingual communication skills, with proficiency in English and preferably German
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization
• Creative vision and strong storytelling skills
