Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end management of internal events, the full-time Internal Events Manager will lead logistics for large-scale gatherings, implement culture programming, and ensure operational excellence while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all logistics and execution for the Camunda Kickoff, including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and budget management
- Identify and execute cultural events throughout the year to reinforce company values and team connection
- Build scalable processes for event planning and maintain an internal events playbook to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Five or more years of hands-on experience managing corporate or internal events, particularly large-scale, multi-day gatherings
- Proven ability to manage complex logistics and multiple vendors while engaging senior stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with proficiency in event and collaboration tools
- Experience working in a remote or distributed environment is advantageous
- Demonstrated judgment in creating engaging event content and agendas
