Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning and execution of internal gatherings, transforming them into meaningful cultural experiences

Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in event production, internal communications, or experiential marketing
  • Demonstrated passion for community-building and culture
  • Strong project management and operational skills
  • Experience managing budgets and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Startup or high-growth company experience preferred
