Job Summary
A company is looking for an Internal Experiences Manager to design and execute impactful internal events that enhance company culture and community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of internal gatherings, transforming them into meaningful cultural experiences
- Support the planning of leadership offsites and executive-level gatherings in collaboration with HR and leadership teams
- Manage vendor relationships and logistics for internal events, ensuring quality and efficiency in execution
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in event production, internal communications, or experiential marketing
- Demonstrated passion for community-building and culture
- Strong project management and operational skills
- Experience managing budgets and multiple projects simultaneously
- Startup or high-growth company experience preferred
