Internal Fraud Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the daily execution of the Internal Fraud Center of Excellence, the full-time Internal Fraud Operations Analyst will review alerts, conduct assessments of potential internal fraud incidents, and ensure confidential handling of sensitive information.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze potential internal fraud incidents identified through monitoring reports and business referrals
• Conduct initial assessments to determine credibility, severity, and appropriate escalation or referral paths
• Prepare clear and well-documented alert summaries and maintain accurate case records in accordance with internal policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in fraud operations, risk, compliance, or investigative support roles
• Strong understanding of fraud monitoring tools and insider threat detection systems
• History of high performance with demonstrated adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Experience with operational KPIs and back-office case management
