Internal Fund Administrator

Job Summary

To ensure the accuracy and integrity of fund reporting, the full-time Internal Fund Administrator will oversee fund administration, coordinate with auditors, and manage valuation processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with third-party fund administrators, reviewing NAV packages and transaction activity
• Coordinate the annual audit process and act as the main contact for external auditors
• Prepare quarterly shadow valuations and fund monitoring reports for the Investment Committee, highlighting performance metrics and risks

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in private equity, investment operations, or fund administration
• Strong understanding of capital call mechanics, private equity structures, and fund performance metrics
• Experience with shadow accounting and reconciliation processes
• Advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with systems such as Orion, Black Diamond, or similar platforms is preferred
