Job Summary

Proactively managing the hiring pipeline, the part-time Internal HR Specialist will attract qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and enhance the candidate experience while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage qualified candidates through various sourcing methods and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Review applications, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews to advance top candidates efficiently
  • Manage candidate communications and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in conducting interviews or face-to-face (Zoom) sales calls
  • Proficient in using CRMs, organizational tools, and Google Sheets
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up habits
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
