Job Summary
Proactively managing the hiring pipeline, the part-time Internal HR Specialist will attract and engage qualified candidates, oversee application management, and coordinate interviews while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing methods and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Review applications, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and professionalism
- Manage candidate communications and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in conducting interviews or face-to-face sales calls
- Proficient in using CRMs, organizational tools, and Google Sheets
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up habits
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
- Comfortable meeting deadlines and optimizing recruiting workflows
