Internal HR Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing recruitment effort, the part-time Internal HR Specialist will manage candidate sourcing, application management, and interview coordination while working remotely for 5 hours a day, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through various sourcing methods
• Review applications and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and expedite the hiring process
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication with all applicants

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in conducting interviews or face-to-face sales calls
• Proficient in using CRMs, organizational tools, and Google Sheets
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up habits
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
