Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a structured taxonomy framework tailored to organizational needs
- Develop competency-based qualification tests to assess applicants' knowledge and skills
- Provide expert consultation on optimizing classification and assessment methodologies
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Internal Medicine or a related field
- At least 7 years of professional experience in Internal Medicine or a related field
- Advanced level of English (C1) or above
- Experience in taxonomy and creating qualification tests
