Internal Recruiter

Job Summary

To support talent acquisition in a fast-paced media and marketing organization, the contract Internal Agency Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for various professional-level positions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake meeting through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and understand workforce planning needs
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for open positions while maintaining a requisition load of approximately 10-15 active roles

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Prior experience supporting internal/corporate recruiting efforts
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
