Job Summary
A company is looking for an Internal Sales Consultant to support and grow its fiduciary administration and retirement consulting platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Regional Sales Directors to develop territory strategy and engage advisors
- Serve as an internal contact for advisors, managing new plan opportunities and fiduciary engagements
- Prepare proposals and manage communications to advance sales opportunities through the cycle
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in internal sales, sales support, or client service within retirement plans or financial services
- Foundational knowledge of ERISA and fiduciary concepts, with preferred exposure to 3(16) and Cash Balance plans
- Series 6 & 63 preferred or willingness to obtain
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
