Job Summary
Driving revenue growth through cross-selling 3(16) fiduciary services, the full-time Internal Sales Consultant will work remotely to identify opportunities, engage with clients and advisors, and close incremental business while achieving assigned sales quotas.
Key responsibilities
- Drive cross-sell of fiduciary services to existing clients to meet Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets
- Proactively identify opportunities through CRM analysis and collaboration with internal teams
- Engage with financial advisors and plan sponsors to effectively position services and close sales
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in financial services
- Experience with retirement plan services and familiarity with 3(16) fiduciary services preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Ability to articulate value propositions and collaborate effectively across teams
