Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Internal Sales Consultant who will manage client relationships, prepare proposals, and support the sales team in a remote environment, leveraging retirement plan knowledge to enhance financial independence for employees nationwide.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor pipeline daily and prepare proposals and engagement agreements efficiently
- Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, advisors, and internal partners
- Support the sales team with meeting materials and complete ancillary projects as assigned
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in retirement plan sales/service preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent skills and industry experience
- Experience working with retirement plans or recordkeeping systems
