Job Summary

To drive market share growth, the full-time Internal Area Sales Manager will manage relationships with independent and franchise dealerships, making over 70 outbound calls daily and training dealers on utilizing the company's dealer portal while working remotely in the EST time zone.

Key responsibilities:
  • Sign 3 to 5 new dealerships monthly while retaining and expanding existing contracts
  • Train dealers to effectively use The Fast Lane portal for applications and deal restructuring
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve dealership issues and provide exceptional customer service
Required qualifications:
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote office environment
  • Previous experience in a sales role preferred, particularly in auto finance or dealership settings
  • Self-motivated and high-energy individual with a strong work ethic
  • Must be able to work Saturdays as needed
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
