Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Sales Specialist, responsible for supporting Marketing Regional Vice Presidents in acquiring new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acknowledge and process incoming leads for immediate action
  • Oversee the sales cycle, including scheduling and data gathering
  • Support the sales team by managing the new business pipeline and coordinating with central support teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, financial services, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of applicable experience, ideally in financial services
  • Basic knowledge of RIA and custodial platforms and investment products
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, MoneyGuide, and Salesforce
  • Must be in good compliance standing with all rules, regulations, and policies
