Job Summary
To support student retention and payment continuity, the full-time Internal Sales Specialist will proactively contact students regarding payments, resolve issues, and drive engagement to prevent drop-outs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collect recurring payments on time while meeting collection targets
- Resolve payment-related concerns and support students in maintaining their enrollment
- Drive student retention through proactive outreach and engagement
Required qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (C1 level or higher)
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Retention, Collections, Customer Success, or Consultative Sales
- Proficiency with CRM tools and strong data entry and tracking discipline
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage sensitive conversations
- Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets
