Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Internal Sales Support Consultant will work remotely, managing proposal preparation, monitoring sales pipelines, and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders in the retirement plan industry.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily sales pipeline to identify and prioritize tasks
- Prepare accurate proposals and engagement agreements for clients
- Support the sales team with meeting materials and manage internal databases
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in retirement plan sales or service preferred
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Familiarity with retirement plans or recordkeeping systems
